We take care of sending your package in the safest way possible. We work hand in hand with different courier companies such as DHL®, Paquete Express ®, Tres Guerras® and Castores®. The choice of one of these shipping methods will depend on the area where you are located and the shipping price.

Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, however it is important that you know the following: once you have made your purchase it is important to validate and check your data. This process can take 24 to 48 hours, after which we will document your order in one of the parcel companies we work with, and the delivery time may change, depending on their procedures, climate changes, or shipping areas.

The shipping price will depend on the area where you want to receive your order. There are areas where shipping is on us. We invite you to get an estimate by sending us an email to sales@gsistoragesolutions.com with your delivery details (Postal Code / City).

Yes, once you have made your purchase and validated your data, we will send you the tracking number corresponding to your order so that you can monitor it through the official pages of each courier company. You can also check the status of your order in the orders section of “My Account”.

Returns are possible if the product does not match the characteristics described, your product arrives in poor condition. In case the warranty does not apply, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.

If your product arrives in poor condition or damaged packaging, we ask that you do not receive the package and take a photo as evidence. In case you receive it, we ask that you take photos and videos while opening the packaging.
